Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Sugar 1 cup ,
Milk 2 cup,
Condensed milk 500 gm,
Ghee 124 gm,
Cashew nut powder 1 cup,
Pistachios chopped 1 cup,
Cardamom powder 5 gm,


Instructions


Cook together cashew nut powder, sugar, ghee, milk and cardamom over medium heat in a non-stick saucepan until it becomes caramel like in color.
Add condensed milk and cook for 30-35 minutes on a low flame until it becomes like a paste.
Mix in chopped pistachios.
Remove from the heat and pour into any mold or a buttered tray.
Let it set.
Cut into your desired shapes and serve.
